• Term Length: 15,20,30,40 years

• Loan-to-value:90% 

• Monthly Payment: principal and interest

• Eligible Use: Purchase, Rate-term Refinance, Cash-out Refinance 

• No Pre-Payment Penalty

• Down Payment: N/A (refinance)

• Loan-to-Value (LTV) Ratio: Maximum 85%

• Interest Rate(Fixed): starting at 6.11% 

• Term Length: 15 to 30 years

• Amortization Period: Up to 30 years

• Prepayment Penalty: No Pre-Payment Penalty
